Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery.
Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for sending the correct information.
Our digital goods (Instrumental beats) cannot be refunded or returned, in case of file damage we can always provide a copy of them, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
